Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions, we have answers!

Do you have insurance?

Yes we do! We have a $2 million liability policy. If your venue requires additional insurance such as Host Liquor Liability, we are more than happy to acquire a 1-day policy for an additional cost. *Prices vary depending on location, guest count, and event type*

2

How much do you charge for me to lock in a bartender for my event?

We require a 20% deposit (calculated off the final bill) to lock in your event! The remainder is due 7 days prior to your event.

3

Can you bring the supplies?

Yes! We offer rental bars, cocktail tables, glassware, and much more! We also can deliver ice, mixers, garnishes, soft drinks, napkins, plastic cups, and more. Fill out the contact form here to get a custom estimate with individual pricing.

4

What if I want to provide my own supplies? How will I know what I need to purchase?

We’ve got you covered! We offer complimentary consultation to all clients when they book a bartender through us, including providing you with a grocery list with everything you are providing based on the drink menu for the event.

5

If I elect to have you provide supplies, when do they get delivered? What if I only have the venue for a designated time slot?

As a standard expectation, we ask clients to plan for a 10AM delivery on the morning of the event and a 10AM pickup on the following morning for rental items. Exact times for delivery and retrieval are determined based on both parties’ availability.

If you require afternoon or evening delivery and/or pick up on the same day as the event, we can accommodate that for an added cost, pending availability.

6

What is included if I only want to hire a bartender and provide all the ingredients and materials myself?

At a minimum, we charge for 4 hours total (1 hour set up, 2.5 hours of service, and 30 minutes of clean up). Included in this minimum is a bartender, a cooler (when the bartender is bringing ice), and bar tools for your event. Additional service time may be added as needed.

7

What do your bartenders wear as a uniform?

Our bartenders wear all black for events, but if you have a specific preference or theme for your event we are happy to discuss this with you during planning.
